Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor dues.
- Perform bank, cash, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management reports.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, sales, expenses, inventory, and payroll-related transactions.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Ensure accounting entries and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
- Support management with reliable financial data for business decisions.

Requirements:




- B.Com / M.Com / relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in Zoho Books is mandatory.:
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP will be an added advantage.:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to independently manage company accounts and reconciliations.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, retail, or distribution businesses will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
