Job Summary
The Associate Infrastructure Engineer, Digital and Transformation, will participate in supporting, proof of concepts building, documenting, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role offers exposure to fundamental infrastructure/Network engineering principles and concepts, with additional focus on Management of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, preferably VxRail, Backup & Restoration using Avamar and Data Domain systems, Alert Monitoring,



Incident, and Change Management

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning on VxRail clusters to ensure optimal operation and availability.
Execute emergency updates and patches to VxRail systems to address critical vulnerabilities or performance issues.
Manage and maintain Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, preferably VxRail, ensuring peak performance and reliability, and proactively address any systems management tasks.
Oversee backup and restoration tasks using Avamar and Data Domain systems, including configuring backup jobs, monitoring backup processes, ensuring data verification, troubleshooting backup errors, and managing storage allocation for backups.
Diagnose and resolve high-severity incidents affecting VxRail infrastructure, coordinating swiftly with vendor support if necessary.
