GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
As a Compensation Specialist, you will use strong organizational, analytical, cooperative and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality outcomes for the People Organization, the business and other stakeholders relating to compensation. With a focus on operational, analytical, regulatory and administrative work, you will deliver day-to-day, cyclical, regulatory, and project-based compensation activity accurately, consistently, and on time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will work as a key partner of the compensation team to deliver work across a varied portfolio of activity, including:
Manage and coordinate tasks, documentation, trackers, approvals, and stakeholder follow-ups for assigned compensation activities across the compensation remit.
Audit, prepare, validate and reconcile compensation data, templates
