About the Role
HiveRift is looking for a B2B Sales Executive – Web & Software Solutions to join our sales team and convert qualified business leads into paying clients.
You will primarily handle inbound leads generated through Meta and other digital marketing campaigns, understand the client’s business requirements, recommend the right technology solution, prepare proposals/quotations, follow up professionally, negotiate, and close deals.
This is a consultative B2B sales role, not a telecalling role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to inbound leads generated through Meta Ads and other marketing channels..
• Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for:.
◦ Website Development.
◦ E-commerce Website Development.
◦ Mobile App Development.
◦ Custom Software Development.
◦ CRM / ERP Solutions.
◦ Digital Marketing.
◦ SEO.
◦ Branding and other digital solutions.




• Conduct requirement discovery calls with business owners and decision-makers..
• Present HiveRift’s services and solutions professionally..
• Understand the client’s business objectives, budget, timeline, and technical requirements..
• Coordinate with the technical/project team when required to develop accurate proposals and quotations..
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication..
• Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals..
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, quotation, and sales-stage information in the CRM..
• Follow up consistently with prospects until the deal is closed, lost, or moved to a defined future prospect..
• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities..
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets..
• Maintain professional communication with Indian business owners and decision-makers..
