The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and as a TA Specialist you will lead sourcing, attracting, and hiring processes for a selection of Everseen’s roles in India. You will be part of the wider Talent Acquisition and HR teams with colleagues based in Ireland, Romania and Serbia. This exciting role will be key in driving Everseen’s talent strategy forward in our Pune site.
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle TA for professional and mid-level roles, ensuring a strong candidate experience and partnership with hiring teams.
Own the end-to-end TA process from briefing to offer for assigned functions and postings in Pune.
Build and manage talent pipelines proactively for key skill areas.
Partner with managers to define selection criteria, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies.
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate interview panels.
Track and analyse hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, diversity).
Promote the company brand and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Mentor earlier in career TA and HR team members as needed.

Profile And Skills
3–5 years of Talent Acquisitions experience, preferably in a multinational, SaaS workplace
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
Advanced sourcing skills with experience of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Demonstrable experience of working across hiring processes including interview techniques, technical assessment, offer negotiation and overall candidate management.
You enjoy sourcing, attracting, and building relationships with candidates. You have a sense of ownership and pride in your role and enjoy a creative approach to problem solving.
You have strong stakeholder management skills, you are organised and enjoy partnering with the business to secure raise
