We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience across multiple domains to drive requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process improvement initiatives, while leveraging AI tools and agile methodologies to enhance productivity and deliver value across BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences sectors.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements through BRD and FRD artifacts to support project delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains to align business objectives with technical solutions
Facilitate Agile ceremonies using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to ensure smooth project execution
Integrate AI tools and models into day-to-day BA/PO activities to improve productivity and decision-making
Develop UI/UX designs and mockups to support product and solution definition
Work closely with technical teams on Data, ETL processes, and API integrations
Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria




Support stakeholder management efforts to ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Explore opportunities to build agents that streamline recurring BA/PO tasks

Requirements

7-15 years of experience in IT, with proven track record in Business Analysis or Product Ownership roles within the IT industry
Background in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences domains
Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and stakeholder management
Proficiency in SQL, API, and Data/ETL technologies
Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Protected
Knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted approaches for BA/PO activities
Skills in UI/UX design and mockup creation
Capability to develop agents to support BA/PO activities

Nice to have

Experience with market-leading CRMs and ERPs
