Arsalan Hospital is looking for a qualified and experienced Operation Theatre Technician to assist the surgical team and ensure the secure functioning of the OT.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operation theatre before procedures
- Arrange, sterilise and maintain surgical instruments
- Assist surgeons, anaesthetists and nursing staff during procedures
- Prepare and check OT equipment, monitors and supplies
- Follow infection-control and biomedical-waste protocols
- Maintain OT, sterilisation and inventory records
- Assist in shifting and positioning patients safely
- Ensure the OT is cleaned and ready after every procedure
- Respond promptly during emergency procedures

Requirements:
- Diploma/BSc in Operation Theatre Technology or a relevant recognised qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of OT experience in a hospital:
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilisation and OT protocols
- Experience assisting in gynaecological and obstetric procedures will be preferred
- Comfortable with rotational, night and emergency duties
- Alert, responsible and able to work effectively under pressure

Prior hospital OT experience is mandatory.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
