Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, content, images, keywords and product information.
- Drive online sales and revenue growth across marketplaces and the D2C website.
- Plan and execute online promotions, offers and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor marketplace advertising, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS and overall campaign performance.
- Track sales, orders, returns, cancellations, inventory and product performance.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Monitor product rankings, ratings and customer reviews.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock availability and order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for recent product launches and online business expansion.




- Coordinate with marketplace representatives for account management and issue resolution.
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, conversion rate and profitability.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG or D2C brands will be preferred.

Required Skills: E-commerce Management, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, Marketplace Management, Product Listing, E-commerce Sales, Digital Marketing, Marketplace Advertising, Excel and Data Analysis.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
