Responsibilities

Own and define the target Camunda 8 solution architecture for in-scope processes aligned to the Logical Data Model and ABAC/PBAC access control model
Set and uphold Camunda engineering standards, quality metrics, and best practices across the Development POD
Lead migration execution across low, medium, and high complexity processes using the defined complexity tiers
Create and validate the per-process parallel-run and cutover strategy including routing, shared integration, and decommission triggers
Align with the third-party vendor responsible for Camunda platform and infrastructure setup on platform-layer and application-layer design
Validate Integration Layer connectivity to existing REST APIs in close coordination with the API team




Lead the reference data migration approach for process definitions, DMN tables, forms, business dictionaries, and lookup tables
Unblock cross-team technical dependencies between the Development POD, Solution Architecture, and the Service Store
Assist UAT technical validation and defect resolution and contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to BPM Admins and IT Operations
Support backlog sizing and complexity assessment using defined criteria

Requirements

Broad experience delivering enterprise software and platform solutions in complex organizations
Practical Camunda 8 experience with Zeebe, Operate, Tasklist, and Connectors in enterprise contexts
Demonstrated team management skills leading technical delivery and cross-functional teams
Track record of architecture leadership defining target solution architectures for BPM platforms
Deep understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN/FEEL, and Camunda Forms
