We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales
good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer
relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Promote high-end construction projects through various marketing channels.
- Manage social media activities and create engaging promotional content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Support business development and sales strategies to increase project enquiries.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or Related qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate/Construction will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
