Key Responsibilities
- ⁠ ⁠Manage complete façade work at project sites from execution to handover.
- ⁠ ⁠Read and understand façade drawings, elevations and technical details.
- ⁠ ⁠Supervise installation, alignment, finishing and quality of façade work.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- ⁠ ⁠Manage manpower, material availability and daily site progress.
- ⁠ ⁠Take site measurements and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the office and factory team for material and fabrication requirements.
- ⁠ ⁠Prepare daily progress reports and pending/snag lists.
- ⁠ ⁠Ensure proper safety and quality standards at site.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate final inspection, snag closure and project handover.

Requirements:
- ⁠ ⁠Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or relevant field.




- ⁠ ⁠5-8 years of experience in Façade, Aluminium, Glass, Windows or similar industry.
- ⁠ ⁠Positive knowledge of façade installation and site execution.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to read technical/AutoCAD drawings.
- ⁠ ⁠Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to independently handle site work and site teams.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
