NewRise Technosys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital marketing function. We are seeking a strategic leader with 8-10+ years of proven experience in driving business growth, generating high-quality B2B leads, managing client relationships, and leading high-performing marketing teams.

This role is for someone who is equally comfortable building marketing strategies, executing campaigns, mentoring teams, meeting clients, and delivering measurable business results.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own and lead the company's complete digital marketing strategy from planning to execution.
- Drive consistent B2B lead generation for IT services through organic and paid digital channels.
- Develop scalable marketing strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team while ensuring timely execution and high performance.
- Independently manage multiple digital marketing projects and coordinate with design, content, development,



and sales teams.
- Handle client interactions confidently by understanding business requirements, presenting marketing strategies, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels that improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Take ownership of brand positioning, online reputation, website performance, and digital presence.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing ROI using data-driven insights.
- Continuously introduce current marketing ideas, AI tools, automation, and industry best practices to improve efficiency and business growth.
