- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, systems, and servers.
- Handle basic server administration and troubleshooting activities.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Configure and maintain basic networking devices such as switches, routers, and access points.
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain IT infrastructure records, documentation, and system-related reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors whenever required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations.
- Follow IT security, backup, and system maintenance procedures.Required Skills:




- Strong knowledge of Networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
- Basic to good understanding of Server Management and Administration.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand a technical problem and find the right solution.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Educational Qualification
- Graduate in B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or a related technical field.
- Preferred Certifications
- CCNA
- MCSA / Windows Server Certification
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Server+
- Any equivalent Networking or Server Management certification
- Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Freshers should demonstrate strong learning ability, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per mon
