Role Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with strong communication skills and experience in customer calling and appointment scheduling.

This role is focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and scheduling appointments with prospective customers. You are expected to communicate clearly, build rapport quickly,



and ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted into appointments.

This is not a passive calling role. This is an ownership role.

What This Role Is Not
- Not someone who simply reads a script without understanding customer intent
- Not someone who avoids follow-ups after the first call
- Not a backend coordination-only role
- Not someone who waits to be reminded about pending leads

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling and Qualification
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated by the team
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads effectively
- Build strong first-level conversations with potential customers
- Maintain skilled communication and customer experience standards

2. Appointment Scheduling and Follow-ups
- Schedule appointments/site visits/demo discussions based on customer interest
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads
- Track lead status and ensure no opportunities are missed
