Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the café barista team and daily beverage operations.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, shakes and other café beverages.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and beverage quality.
- Train and guide baristas on coffee preparation and service standards.
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the bar/café counter.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, beverages and other inventory.
- Maintain proper stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper maintenance of coffee machines and equipment.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve beverage-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth café operations.
- Follow standard recipes,



SOPs and food safety practices.
- Assist in introducing new beverages and seasonal café specials.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and café presentation.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of coffee and barista techniques
Experience with espresso machines and coffee equipment
Positive team leadership and staff-handling skills
Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
Inventory and stock management skills
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
