Job Title: Field Sales Officer (Loan Against Property)

Salary & Compensation:Basic In-hand Salary: ₹ 14,000 - ₹ 20,000 per month (Based on experience)Incentives: ₹ 5,000 - ₹ 10,000 per month (Based on target achievement)

Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹ 30,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities:LAP Sourcing: Identify and acquire current customers looking for Loan Against Property (LAP) and mortgage loans in the Banda region.

Lead Generation: Source leads through local networking, connectors, builders, cold calling, and direct field visits.

Sales Closure: Explain loan structures, interest rates, and legal/technical requirements to clients, and successfully close property loan deals.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relations with local business owners, property dealers,



and existing clients to ensure referrals.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for property loans.

Documentation & Reporting: Assist customers with loan documentation, coordinates with the credit team, and provide daily performance reports to management.

Education: Minimum qualification is a Graduate or equivalent.

Skills: Strong negotiation, property valuation understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for mandatory field work in and around Banda.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
