Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design facility and utility systems based on project requirements.
- Prepare layouts and technical drawings using *AutoCAD* and, where applicable, *Revit MEP*.
- Work on systems such as *HVAC, water supply, drainage, fire fighting, compressed air, piping, and other building/industrial utilities*.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and other engineering teams.
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment requirements.
- Support utility planning for industrial and commercial facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project teams for technical discussions and equipment selection.
- Conduct site visits and provide support during installation, execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure designs and systems comply with applicable technical standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawings, revisions, and project records.

Requirements:




- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in *Mechanical Engineering* or a relevant engineering discipline.
- *2-6 years of experience* in Facilities, Utilities, MEP, HVAC, Industrial Projects, EPC, or Engineering Consultancy.
- Practical understanding of facility and utility systems.
- Knowledge of *HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, water supply, drainage, piping, and industrial utilities*.
- *AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.*
- Knowledge of *Revit MEP is preferred.*
- Ability to prepare and understand engineering layouts and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQs, technical specifications, and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of applicable engineering standards and compliance requirements.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
