About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer - Civil to join our construction team in Visakhapatnam.

This position is ideal for a Diploma Civil Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of practical site experience who wants to build robust hands-on experience in construction site execution and supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure proper execution.
- Read and understand basic civil drawings and specifications.
- Check dimensions, levels, quantities, and quality of work.
- Maintain daily site records and progress updates.
- Do measurements and follow gudiance for material procurement
- Coordinate with senior engineers regarding site requirements and issues.




- Identify delays, quality issues, or other problems at the site and report them promptly.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to project requirements and safety practices.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant construction/site experience preferred.:
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work and stay at the project location in Visakhapatnam.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of assigned site activities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.
