About the Role:
How you will make an impact:
- Supporting broader People Experience initiatives through various projects, including process improvement, research, vendor, and data management.
- Managing all aspects of the onboarding process, including new hire information, pre-employment screening, and internal documentation, ensuring systems are correctly updated and maintained for efficient onboarding.
- Coordinating reporting tasks with discretion and confidentiality to align with and achieve desired goals and objectives.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition and People Org teams to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws related to onboarding and hiring.





What we look for:
- Proven track record within the People Organization/HR function.
- Knowledge of Workday experience or equivalent HRIS/ATS.
- Ability to be present 2-3 days per week in the office to support interactions with recent hires, colleagues, and People Org Partners.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Excel. Prior track record with HRIS or ATS systems is preferred.Understanding the importance of discretion and confidentiality, with self-management skills to complete tasks professionally and accurately within designated timeframes.
