We're scaling this program across the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia, and this role sits at the center of how we deliver on that promise for our US students: someone technical enough to be credible with working IT professionals,



and accountable enough to own whether they actually win.

The Role

This is an ownership role.

Unlike a monitoring or advocacy function, you don't just notice when a student is off track — you're accountable for getting them back on track and, ultimately, for the outcome: a placement, or a real step up into AI or Cloud. You'll carry a cohort of students end-to-end.

You won't do this alone. You'll have access to K21's coaches and subject-matter experts (technical delivery specialists, career strategists) and can bring them into group sessions or 1:1 calls whenever a student needs something beyond what you can personally deliver— a deep technical walkthrough, a mock interview in a specialist domain, etc. Coordinating that access is part of the job. Owning the outcome, regardless of who's in the room, is the rest of it.
