Senior Analyst - Product and Technology Operations
Job Description
At Rocket India, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling Product and Technology teams through operational excellence, data-driven insights, reporting, governance, and stakeholder collaboration. You will serve as a key partner across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Quality, Program Management, and Operations teams to maintain dashboards, analyze performance metrics, produce executive-ready artifacts, and drive operational transparency. This role is ideal for an analytical, highly organized skilled who enjoys working across multiple teams and transforming data into meaningful business insights that support Rocket's mission to Help Everyone Home.
About the Role
- Maintain and enhance operational dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into Product and Technology performance.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Program Managers, and Business stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.




- Analyze operational, delivery, quality, reliability, and business metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Create executive-ready presentations, reports, visualizations, and leadership artifacts that communicate progress against organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, repositories, and reporting tools that support planning, governance, and decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables.
- Generate recurring operational reviews, monthly business reviews, portfolio health reports, and performance summaries.
- Create and maintain enablement content, process documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and communication assets for Product and Technology teams.
