Your Role:
- Responsible for supporting Windows Server, Citrix, VMware, and related infrastructure services globally. Provide Level 2 technical support for incidents, service requests, problems, and changes, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File Services, and Citrix environments. Support VMware virtual infrastructure including VM provisioning, resource optimization, snapshots, storage management, and lifecycle activities.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support,



major incident management, emergency response activities, and scheduled maintenance windows. Demonstrate strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation. Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive operational and administrative tasks.
- Experience processing API-based web requests using PowerShell and integrating automation with cloud services. Drive operational efficiency through automation, self-service solutions, and process standardization. Recommend creative approaches to reduce manual effort and improve service reliability.
- Execute server, application, and infrastructure migrations using standardized and automated methodologies. Assess technical dependencies, risks, prerequisites, and business impacts before migration activities. Support cloud adoption, server modernization, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
