Responsibilities
Application Development
- Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of software applications.
- Oversee the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and development approaches.
- Ensure application solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business requirements.
- Manage technical debt and drive application modernization initiatives.

Technical Advisory & Solution Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders on application strategy and technology solutions.
- Provide guidance on architecture, integration, development frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions to address business challenges.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, automation, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Support strategic planning and technology roadmap initiatives.

Stakeholder & Project Management

- Partner with business leaders, project managers,



architects, product owners, and vendors to deliver projects and enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively.
- Participate in project estimation, planning, prioritization, and resource forecasting.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

Application Support & Operational Excellence
- Oversee application support activities and ensure service levels are achieved.
- Lead resolution of complex incidents and production issues.
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
- Drive root cause analysis and implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
- Ensure effective change, release, and setting management practices.
