Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly in Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Agentforce, Apex, and Salesforce Integrations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level implementations. The role requires robust technical ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Aura Components, Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio, and Salesforce configuration tools.
Develop scalable OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Expression Sets.
Design and implement Agentforce solutions,



including AI Agents, Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, automation, and AI-driven business processes.
Design and develop robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
Work with Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services, and asynchronous integration patterns.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions.
Participate in technical design, estimation, development, code reviews, and deployment activities.
Develop reusable and high-performance Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and asynchronous processes.
Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, governor limits, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot complex production issues across Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, integrations, automation, and Agentforce.
Conduct unit testing and provide support for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
