Skills And Competencies





The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience – At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the area of securitization, preferably having cash flow modelling experience for any Structured Finance asset class (ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLO etc)
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Experience with structured query language (SQL), VBA, Python, or other programming languages preferred
Attention to detail and ability to deliver outputs accurately within the stipulated timeframe
Excellent team player and able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a explicit, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, along with exposure to workflow automation, is highly preferred
