About the Role
EDZER is looking for a CV (Curriculum Vitae) Writer with excellent writing and communication skills and a solid understanding of professional CV/resume writing.
The role involves working with job seekers from different industries and experience levels, understanding their career backgrounds, and creating professionally written, impactful CVs and other career documents.
You will also contribute to job portal profile optimization and content creation for EDZER's personal branding and LinkedIn presence.
Key Responsibilities
Write and optimize CVs and resumes for candidates across different industries, job functions, and experience levels.
Understand a candidate's professional background, achievements, skills, and career goals and convert them into compelling CV content.
Create professionally written and customized cover letters based on candidate profiles and target roles.
Write and optimize content for multiple job portal profiles,



ensuring the candidate's profile is positioned effectively for relevant opportunities.
Review existing CVs/resumes and identify gaps in content, structure, formatting, positioning, and overall presentation.
Research job roles, industries, and relevant requirements to ensure CV content is targeted and relevant.
Communicate directly with clients over calls to understand their career background, requirements, and expectations.
Handle client feedback and revisions while maintaining EDZER's quality standards.
Write LinkedIn posts and professional content for EDZER's personal branding and thought leadership.
Assist with other professional and career-related content requirements as needed.
Ensure all work is grammatically accurate, professionally written, well-structured, and delivered within deadlines.
