The Senior Manager, Human Resources is a strategic and hands-on HR leader for the Company’s onsite Noida workforce. Reporting to the Chief People Officer who is US-based, this role oversees the employee life cycle, employee relations, manager support, performance, engagement, HR operations, and compliance for a growing healthcare IT and revenue cycle management organization.



Success requires strong knowledge of India employment requirements, exceptional English communication skills, proven ability working in a rapid-paced, growing environment, and the ability to partner effectively across cultures and time zones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead onsite HR operations and the employee life cycle for the Noida workforce, including onboarding, employee records, engagement, performance support, internal movement, employee relations, and separations.
Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary action, performance improvement, and respectful workplace concerns.
Partner with the Chief People Officer and global People leadership to scale HR programs, policies, processes, and manager support as the organization grows.
