We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager with a proven track record in Stock Broking and Wealth Management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in driving sales, leading high-performing teams, expanding distribution networks, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
This role is purely focused on business acquisition, revenue generation, sales team management, and channel expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Drive overall sales and revenue growth for the assigned region.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets across all investment products.
Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed business goals.
Recruit, train, mentor,



and develop Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
Acquire new Demat & Trading Accounts through direct sales and team efforts.
Generate revenue through:
Equity
Futures & Options
Mutual Funds
Insurance
IPOs
Bonds
Wealth Management Products
Build and expand relationships with HNI, Retail, NRI, and Corporate Clients.
Drive cross-selling and maximize revenue per customer.
Develop and expand the Franchise, Authorized Person (AP), Business Associate, and Referral Partner network.
Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration within the assigned territory.
Conduct client meetings, investor awareness programs, seminars, and business development activities.
Monitor team productivity and ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs.
Build a robust sales pipeline and ensure high conversion ratios.
Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, activation, and revenue generation.
Analyze competition and market
