We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Front Office Host to join our Hotel Front Office team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, customer-focused environment where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to guests, patients, visitors and staff.

About The Role

As a Hotel Front Office Host, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an excellent customer experience.



Working within the Hotel Front Office team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of reception, reservations, switchboard and guest services while working closely with colleagues across the hotel and hospital.

This is a varied and rewarding role within a rapid-paced hospitality environment. You will be responsible for responding to guest enquiries, checking guests in and out, operating the switchboard, processing reservations and supporting hotel operations to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities Include

Providing a professional and comprehensive reception service to guests, patients, visitors and staff.
Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments and facilities.
Managing guest enquiries and providing advice on hotel services and local facilities.
Operating the hotel switchboard and handling calls efficiently.
