Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
3-5 years in IT Administration, IT Asset Management (ITAM) or IT operations support.
Basic Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn how to use company software database
Basic understanding of filing System.
High attention to detail, structured record keeping, advanced excel/ spreadsheet skills.

Job Specification

ERP Master Data: Create, classify, and maintain IT fixed asset master data within the company ERP system.
Receiving & Logging: Process purchase receipts (GRNs) in the ERP for all incoming IT hardware and software, matching POs against physical delivery.
Documentation: Own and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base entries, and operational checklists.




Renewals & Licenses: Track software licenses, enterprise warranties, and vendor contracts to prevent coverage gaps.
ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating asset master records and receiving goods within enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, NetSuite).
Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret server, networking, and laptop hardware specifications to ensure correct asset categorization and procurement.
ITSM / Asset Tools: Experience with asset tracking platforms (e.g., Snipe-IT, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
