About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a skilled personality, and be comfortable reaching out to potential clients through cold emails and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn and other online platforms.




Execute cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

Presentable and professional personality.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable with cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
