MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 8 years of experience in software development.

* 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.

* Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming
languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, Go, JavaScript, C#, Objective-C, or
Swift).
* Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and APIs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
technical field.

* 4 years of technical management or leadership experience directing software
developers, systems administrators, or systems architects.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling skills, with a proven
ability to align distributed engineering leads toward shared architectural
standards.
* Expertise in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), designing for high
performance/high availability, and building solutions within modern
cloud-based environments.
* Solid background in developing, deploying, and troubleshooting full-stack




applications handling planet-scale data.
