About Namma QR

Namma QR is a growing SaaS platform helping restaurants, QSRs, cafés, and local businesses simplify their digital operations and create better customer experiences.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Business Development Intern who is proactive, communicative, and excited to learn about marketing, sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.

This is a hands-on startup role where you’ll work directly on real marketing and business development activities.

What You’ll Do

Marketing

Support social media and digital marketing activities
Assist with content, campaigns, and promotional ideas
Research target markets, competitors, and customer needs
Identify new marketing and customer acquisition opportunities
Support lead-generation and outreach campaigns

Business Development & Sales

Find and research potential leads
Build prospect lists of restaurants, QSRs, cafés, and other businesses
Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels




Communicate with business owners and decision-makers
Introduce Namma QR and understand prospect requirements
Qualify leads and support product demos
Follow up with prospects and existing customers
Assist with payment follow-ups and collections
Maintain lead records and track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
Support the team in improving customer acquisition strategies

What We’re Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency in Tamil and English
Comfortable speaking with business owners and prospects
Creative mindset with an interest in marketing
Proactive, confident, and willing to take initiative
Valuable follow-up and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and consistent
Willingness to learn about SaaS, digital marketing, sales, and business development
Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, social media, or digital marketing tools is a plus
