Job Description: CSR Consultant / Specialist (part time)

Role Overview
The Donor Relations Manager is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening relationships with donors to ensure sustained financial support for Tare Zameen Foundation’s programs. This role focuses on donor engagement, communication, stewardship, and retention strategies to enhance long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

CSR Partnerships & Outreach: Identify, pitch to, and onboard potential corporate partners and PSUs for CSR funding aligned with TZF’s core social initiatives.
Proposal & Pitch Development: Draft compelling CSR project proposals, presentations, budgets, and impact reports tailored to corporate requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, CSR committees, and corporate foundation heads.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to CSR policies, Section 135 regulations,



and timely reporting of project milestones and fund utilization.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, Communications, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, CSR, or nonprofit sector (adjustable)
Experience working with NGOs or social impact organizations preferred
Salary
Up to- 10,000 and performance based
