Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to application development, customer support, and production issue resolution. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, solving, and improving enterprise applications built using Java and Spring Boot-based microservices architecture.

The role requires close collaboration with customers, business users, development teams, and support teams to investigate issues, provide timely resolutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and support business-critical applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop,



maintain, and improve applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Investigate, fix, and resolve production issues within defined SLA timelines.
Support for customer-reported incidents and service requests.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Work closely with business users and customers to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
Support application deployments and release activities.
Supervise application performance and find opportunities for improvements.
Collaborate with QA, and other multi-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
Build and maintain technical documentation, fixing guides, and knowledge base articles.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
