About the Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and professional Business Development Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

The role involves handling leads provided by the backend team, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and taking the client journey from the initial call to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the backend team.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services and products.
- Handle the complete sales lifecycle, from the first call to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Generate and follow up on referral opportunities from existing and online clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
- Any graduate with valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- 0.6–1.5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development is preferred.
- Freshers with a solid interest in building a career in Sales are encouraged to apply.
- Must be fluent in Kannada, Telugu, and English.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients over calls and in person.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Should be well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Candidates should be based in Bangalore and willing to work from the Bangalore office.
