Position Description

The purpose of this role is to provide effective execution for Bharti Airtel Setting to ensure adherence to defined quality, performance, and SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Finance Analysis & Optimization



 Drive path to profitability for the business by reducing the costs and eliminating any inefficiencies

 Monitoring product wise / segment wise / region wise performance vs targets

 Validation of various business cases – OPEX / CAPEX approvals

 Submission of business plans and monthly P&L; forecast

 Preparation of Annual Operating Plan basis underlying growth, Market data, Competition benchmarking in discussion with the business teams





 Monitoring of key KPIs through financial reports, variance analysis



Risk & Control

 Identification of process weaknesses, control gaps and risks and suggesting key process improvements to leadership to eliminate risks and leakages

People Management
Knowledge, Certifications and Experience

Education Qualification

 CA / MBA-Finance Total Experience

5 – 7 years of post-qualification experience, 2 years + of business finance experience Certifications required (if any)
