We’re looking for an early-career digital marketer who wants to learn, experiment, execute and grow with us.

What you’ll work on:

Social Media
Manage and grow social media pages
You will do - post/schedule content, monitor clients' pages, and scroll through YOUR profile for ideas and references.
You will be involved in - content planning, creative team coordination, client meetings, content creation.

Performance Marketing
Do paid campaigns across digital platforms and deliver results [Results means not just business or sales or leads, results can be insights, analysis, data, ideas, carity etc]

And
You can be involved in everything from bringing business to directing ads. :)

You don’t need to be an expert in everything. You could be more social media-focused, more performance marketing-focused, or someone who genuinely enjoys both.

Who we’re looking for
0–1 year of experience
Students, freshers and early-career marketers are welcome
Curious about digital marketing
Interested in learning performance marketing
Good at communicating and coordinating
Willing to experiment and learn from mistakes
Someone who doesn’t need a checklist for everything
Most importantly:
We’re looking for effort, curiosity and ownership. In short, make mistakes and own it. ;)
