Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, focused on expanding TrucksUp’s presence among transporters, fleet owners, and logistics partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential customers, conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations,



and explaining TrucksUp’s AI-driven load matching solutions. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring smooth onboarding of recent users onto the platform. The Field Sales Executive will also track sales activities, meet assigned targets, coordinate with internal teams for support, and represent TrucksUp at local industry events or customer interactions.
Qualifications

Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Solid communication and negotiation abilities, with capability to present product value clearly and handle objections effectively.
Understanding of logistics, transportation, or related industries, with interest in technology-enabled solutions.
Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
