Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Deliver enhancements across ITOM or SPM modules, including custom workflows and platform configurations.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer automations.
Support production issues, troubleshoot platform defects, and participate in solution design and implementation activities.
Skills Required:
6-15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
Deep expertise in either ITOM or SPM,



with practical implementation and enhancement experience.
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or SPM processes such as Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integration patterns.
Positive to Have:
Experience with CSDM, Operational Intelligence, monitoring tools, and infrastructure integrations.
Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades, reporting, dashboards, and workflow configuration.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITOM, or CIS-SPM.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
