10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define solution architecture, ensure platform governance, and guide development teams in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
The ServiceNow Developer will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, project managers, and development teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Define end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.




Lead architecture workshops and technical design sessions with stakeholders.
Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
Evaluate and recommend platform capabilities, integrations, and architectural approaches.
Platform Leadership
Establish and enforce ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
Drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities and minimize unnecessary customizations.
Conduct architecture reviews and code quality assessments.
Define platform upgrade and release management strategies.
Technical Delivery
Lead technical implementation of ServiceNow modules including:
IT Service Management (ITSM)
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Customer Service Management (CSM)
HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM)
Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
