Job Title: TL - Millwork Drafter (AWI / AWMAC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Millwork Drafter. As a Millwork Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and production of high-quality millwork projects. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow within the field.
Responsibilities:
● Create detailed drawings and plans for millwork projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
● Collaborate with senior drafters and project managers to translate conceptual designs into precise, workable drawings.
● Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
● Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues that may arise during the drafting process.
● Participate in project meetings,



providing input and updates on drafting progress.
● Actively engage in training programs to enhance skills in millwork drafting and design.
● Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced team members to accelerate qualified growth.
Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with relevant coursework or certifications in CAD drafting will be considered.
● Basic proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design methodologies.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM to 07:00 PM)
