Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mahad, responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing and new customers in the chemical feedstock segment. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, preparing and presenting quotations, and coordinating with internal production, logistics,



and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role involves monitoring account performance, tracking deliveries and payments, resolving customer queries, and maintaining detailed records in CRM or related systems. The Account Executive also identifies new business opportunities, supports pricing and negotiation activities, and provides regular sales and market updates to management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to company policies and safety standards are key elements of this role.
Qualifications

Solid customer relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and the ability to build trust with industrial clients.
Proficiency in sales and account management activities such as lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and basic reporting and documentation.
