Primary Responsibilities

Delivering Data Analytics and reporting solutions to support Growth Office Analytics across UHC Rewards, UHC Store, UHC Hub, and UHC Digital products
The requested resource to drive below key projects Data analytics to support a unified enterprise level value story across all Growth Office products and capabilities
Manage delivery over multiple analytical requests w.r.t doing value studies, answering Executive questions, analytical/ performance deep dives across UHC Rewards,



UHC Store, UHC Hub, and UHC Digital
Business dashboards delivery management based on 2026 project needs
Improve consistency and quality in reporting and insights delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelors / 4-year university degree
7+ years of business experience in analytics projects in Business In
