Job Description
Visa's Client Platforms and Enterprise Tools team owns the platforms that govern how clients and partners securely connect to Visa's APIs. As Sr. Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and execution for the Visa Developer Platform's API Gateways, the encryption and key management capabilities that protect data in transit, and Visa's India data localization operations. Direct product strategy from product conception and definition through implementation.
Identifies new business and market opportunities and creates appropriate business plans
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
Own product strategy and the long-term roadmap for the Inbound API Gateway and its associated developer portal onboarding flows
Define the roadmap for authentication and encryption mechanisms supported at the gateway (mTLS, PQC, OAuth, JWT/JWK) and prioritize current auth capabilities against client and regulatory demand
Own security configuration capabilities such as header whitelisting, and prioritize enhancements based on emerging threat models and client requirements
Run front-door intake meetings and prioritize incoming feature, security, and integration requests from internal product teams and partners
