Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Bhopal.



The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the solar energy sector, including prospecting and qualifying leads across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, build and maintain a sales pipeline, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals that align customer energy needs with Zxsolar’s solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, coordinating with technical and operations teams on system design and pricing, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to project execution. The role also requires regular customer meetings, follow-ups to close deals, tracking performance against sales targets, and representing the company at relevant events or customer visits.
