About The Role:
We're seeking an experienced developer who excels across our tech stack, building robust backend services, scalable applications, and native mobile experiences. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and directly influence our product direction.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Solid expertise in JavaScript & Node.js - comfortable building and optimising server-side applications
✅ Proven experience with React Native or native mobile development (iOS/Android)
✅ Ability to architect scalable solutions across frontend and backend
✅ Experience mentoring team members and leading technical projects
✅ Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system design




✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to code quality and best practices
✅ Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills

Experience & Compensation:

? 1-3 years of experience: ₹60,000/month
? 3-5 years of experience: Up to ₹1,00,000/month
Compensation is based on your experience level, portfolio, and demonstrated expertise.
