Job Purpose
To provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Executive Assistant in managing leadership priorities, ensuring seamless execution of schedules, meetings, travel plans, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

The role will assist in maintaining effective day-to-day functioning of the leadership office while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely closure of assigned tasks.Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the Executive Assistant in managing leadership calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, conference room bookings, visitor management, and follow-ups.
• Assist in arranging travel itineraries, accommodation, local transportation, and expense reimbursements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, dashboards, and routine MIS reports.
• Track action items arising from meetings and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for information gathering and execution of key initiatives.
• Maintain records,



correspondence, approvals, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, vendor coordination, and administrative requirements.
• Support leadership events, town halls, reviews, and governance meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and leadership communications.Key Decisions / Dimensions

a) Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• Should be proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or automation tools will be an added advantage
