The role ensures high-quality, compliant, and productive service delivery, supports process consistency and operational governance,



and partners with Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational delivery and continuous improvement across Medical Information services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Own end-to-end delivery of Medical Information services, including management of inquiry-related workflows, content / document creation, and escalation support.
- Perform literature review and support drafting of higher-complexity scientific / medical responses and content within defined workflows.
- Create, maintain, and manage Medical Information resources and related documentation in line with defined quality and process expectations.
- Manage complex escalation handling in coordination with relevant stakeholders and functions, as applicable and in line with KPIs.
- Deliver periodic reporting, audit / inspection-related requests, and other defined Medical Information deliverables within scope.
