The Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Learning & Development will be responsible for identifying learning needs, designing and executing learning interventions, and strengthening the overall learning culture across the organization. The role will manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle from learning needs analysis and program design to content curation, vendor coordination, delivery, LMS administration, communication, and effectiveness measurement. The role will work closely with business leaders, managers, employees, and external learning partners to build relevant functional and behavioural capabilities.

1) Financial Outcomes
Efficiently manage the budget allocated for learning and development initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Evaluate and track the effectiveness of learning programs.

2) Customer Service
Design and implement cutting-edge organization-wide behavioral and functional learning interventions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.




Lead the development and curation of cutting-edge learning content to meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand and address their learning needs.
Provide responsive and effective customer service to employees participating in learning programs.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
End-to-end management of learning interventions (online/self-paced and offline).

3) Internal Processes
Oversee end-to-end onboarding, administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System, ensuring seamless operations.
Conduct learning needs analysis, Interviews, FGDs or other techniques to identify gaps and align learning interventions with organizational objectives.
Streamline internal processes related to program design, vendor evaluation, and stakeholder management for optimal efficiency.
